This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 03 June 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925Q0310 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.
This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20250530. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses are available in full text at the following addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 334111. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250.
All questions are due by 05 June 2025 by 1300.
