AUC-26-07 RFQ Calgary Meeting Room refresh

The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) requires the supply and delivery of audio-visual equipment to refresh an existing Microsoft Teams meeting room at its Calgary office (room 14031). The required equipment consists of a large-format commercial display and wall mount, a Logitech Rally Plus video conferencing system with a Rally Mic Pod Hub and two Rally Mic Pods, and a Crestron 4-Series control processor, as detailed in the bill of materials in Section 2.1 and priced in Attachment 1.

The AUC's meeting room standard is built on Logitech and Crestron equipment supported by the AUC's existing audio-visual integrator. To maintain compatibility and consistency with the existing installed base and to ensure the room can be serviced under that standard, substitutions will not be accepted. Proponents must quote the bill of materials in its entirety; partial quotes will be excluded from further consideration.

Installation, configuration and commissioning are not within the scope of this RFQ and will be performed by the AUC's existing audio-visual integrator. Delivery is required at the AUC Calgary office on or before December 11, 2026.

b)        The Quote Submission Form (page two of the RFQ) must be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the proponent and included with the proponent’s quote.

c)        Submissions must be by email, in Microsoft Word or PDF format and are to be sent to AUC Procurement at financeservices@auc.ab.ca

d)        The subject line of the submission email must read as follows: AUC-26-07-Calgary Teams Meeting Room (14031) Refresh - [Proponent Legal Name]. Submissions with an incorrect or missing subject line may not be identifiable and the AUC accepts no responsibility for submissions that cannot be linked due to an improperly formatted subject line.

e)        Only one submission per proponent will be accepted. Proponents must ensure their submission is complete and accurate before sending. Any subsequent submissions from the same proponent will not be accepted or evaluated.

f)        Submissions by facsimile, mail or courier will not be accepted.
