The City of Artesia is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to evaluate the feasibility of forming and supporting a Business Improvement District (BID) along Downtown Artesia.
The purpose of exploring the creation of a BID is to empower local businesses to take an active role in identifying specific needs determining how funds are spent, and to promote long-term economic vitality.
