Advanced Management Solutions Realtime Software Products and Version/Patch Updates
The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)-Industrial Analysis Group (AIG) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to a single source, InfoBase Publishers, Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)1(i) – Soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. This purchase order is required to provide InfoBase Defense & Aerospace Competitive Intelligence Service (DACIS), DoD Budget (Budget) & Defense Mergers & Acquisitions (DM&A) for approximately 20 users. DACIS Professional includes Newswire, Company, Contracts, Programs and Customers.
The period of performance for this purchase order is:
Base Period of Performance: 9/29/2025 – 9/28/2030
This pre-solicitation notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested parties may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice, and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine they have been given the authority to provide InfoBase Defense & Aerospace Competitive Intelligence Service (DACIS), DoD Budget (Budget) & Defense Mergers & Acquisitions (DM&A) for approximately 35 Users. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based solely on the market research findings and supporting documentation from the manufacturer and is at the sole discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement is achievable.
This acquisition will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 13.106-1 (b). Expressions of interest should be sent via email to Evette Evans at evette.n.evans.civ@mail.mil and Gina Dedmon at gina.d.dedmon.civ@mail.mil.
