Summary The City of Chandler invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for CIVIL ENGINEERING DESIGN AND RELATED SERVICES . The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103. The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract. Scope of Services Studies, plan review, special inspections, programming, master plans, design, platting, construction document development (plans, specifications, and cost estimates), surveying, paving and drainage, material testing services, traffic engineering, AutoCAD drafting, Americans with Disabilities (ADA), and construction administration/management services.
