Request for Proposals - City of Chandler Pre-Qualified Technical Registrants List for Construction Management and Related Services

The City of Chandler invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RELATED SERVICES . The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103.   The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract.

Scope of Services
Provide comprehensive Construction Management Services for vertical and horizontal projects including constructability reviews, conducting pre-construction and weekly construction meetings, maintaining project documentation, performing daily inspections and preparing reports, assisting with federal funding requirements, enforcing adopted City standards, handling dispute resolution, reviewing construction pay applications, negotiating change orders/allowances, and assisting with close-out process.  This will include special inspections:  traffic signals, landscape, fiber, geotechnical, Americans with Disabilities (ADA), and buildings.
