The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is seeking a consultant to evaluate the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) paratransit One-Seat Ride Pilot Program to determine the best methods of delivering non-transfer, cross-jurisdictional ADA paratransit rides. The Consultant shall engage project stakeholders to assess the feasibility of these services and make recommendations for further investment. This evaluation will consider factors such as benefits, costs, conditions, and circumstances to inform recommendations. The assessment may include a set of best practices for delivering non-transfer, cross-jurisdictional ADA paratransit rides to achieve a more seamless paratransit system.
