CP346 FIRE PUMP HOUSE, FIRE STORAGE TANKS AND WELL WATER TANK

SUMMARY OF WORK: The Project will include demolition of existing fire tanks, fire pump house and underground piping and installation of new tanks, piping and pumps for the Monterey One Water Regional Treatment Plant Administration Building. Work includes installation of new foundation pad, site work to include paving and grading, installation of new underground fire main, pump skid, fire water storage tanks, and electrical work and system integration including programming for SCADA.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or appropriate alternative which must be physically delivered to the Agency prior to the bid opening. Any electronic bid received that does not have a bid bond in hand prior to bid opening will be rejected.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING:  A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk is scheduled for June 11, 2025 at 10 AM beginning at M1W’s Regional Treatment Plant Conference Room, 14811 Del Monte Blvd, Marina CA 93933. The Pre-Bid conference and site walk shall be attended by all bidders. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who did not attend the pre-bid conference and site walk.
