Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Transit Administration requires the professional services of consultants experienced in program/project management, programming, planning, engineering, and technical services for transit and transportation to support the MTA Office of Program Management Oversight (PMO) on an as-needed, work order basis.
This work would include, but not be limited to, program and project management, program and project controls (including budget, schedule, and risk management), quality management, design review, construction management/inspection, procurement support, safety and security support and reporting for major and minor capital projects. These could include systemwide enhancements, the implementation of major transit expansions, major and minor projects, and MTA asset management state-of-good repair (SGR) maintenance / replacement projects.
