PWGSC, on behalf of the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) - Valcartier Research Centre is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for aircraft rental services to carry out aerial surveys from the Quebec Jean-Lesage International Airport (CYQB) in order to carry out testing and validation of equipment as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
