FORMAL HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING

NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound, in support of U.S. PACIFIC FLEET (USPACFLT) will be soliciting for a firm fixed price service contract for a VIRTUAL HUMAN RESOURCE Training Class in accordance with solicitation Performance of Work. The proposed training program will focus on key areas of Employee and Labor Relations. This comprehensive training initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of HR personnel, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of PACFLT.

The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 7/24/2025 with a closing date on or about 8/8/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes through the System for Awards Management (SAM) website is not available at this time. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM Website: https://sam.gov/

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
