The City of San Leandro is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the "Mulford-Marina Branch Library, Project 2018.2400." The work to be done consists of construction of a new library facility and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Attendance at a pre-bid meeting is mandatory. All bidders must attend at least one pre-bid conference and be confirmed on its attendance roster. A firm that didn’t attend the pre-bid conference isn’t qualified to bid on the project. Three online virtual pre-bid conferences will be held for this project as follows:

A Class “B” General Building Contractor’s License is required for this work. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 3 of the California Business and Professions Code.
