Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012, 060B2490022, are eligible to submit a bid in response to this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). A current Master Contractor under the named Contract may submit an LOA with their bid to be considered for the award.

Additional Instructions

In order to assist Offerors in the preparation of their quotes and to comply with the requirements of this solicitation, Bid Form have been prepared. Offerors shall submit their quotes on the Bid Form in accordance with the instructions on the Bid Form and as specified herein. Do not alter the Bid Form or the quote may be determined to be not reasonably susceptible of being selected for award. The Bid Form is to be signed and dated, where requested, by an individual who is authorized to bind the Offeror to the prices entered on the Bid Form .

1.       All prices must be entered on the spreadsheet provided in eMMA. Do not submit quote sheets.

2.       Do not substitute part number. Quote the part numbers that are on the spreadsheets.

3.       If there are any questions, please provide them in writing by the due date on the PORFP. Submitting them with the bid or after that date will not be responded to and will not be considered.

4.   Please keep in mind that there are three (3) colored tabs in this spreadsheet (Orange, Purple, and Blue). Type your price per unit into each square of the spreadsheet, and the total will be added automatically at the bottom.
