Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.

Project Description:Tenant improvement of existing un-finished second floor space. Background checks will be required for the awarded GC.
