1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The proposed project will be a total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition to construct Container Storage Yard at Fort Bliss, Texas. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 236220, which has a size standard of $45,000,000. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded. The contract is anticipated to be approximately awarded in April/May 2025. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at

h ttps://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted. This contract is Subject to the Availability of Funds (SAF) per FAR clause 52.232-18.

2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.

This project will construct a Container Storage yard and supporting facilities to support the Fort Bliss’s existing Railhead Facility expansion project. Work includes construction of a 4,000 SF administrative building, a 5,700 SF equipment storage shed, a 2,900 SF container repair facility, storage yard, and personnel shade canopies. The project will also include site work to include gravel access drive, parking lot pavement, gravel yard, concrete pads, lightning protection, sanitary sewer, domestic water, communications, and electrical/power requirements.
