The purpose of amendment one (1) is to respond to vendor questions, update SF 1149, Attachment 04 Price Schedule, and add Clause 52.219-4.
This requirement is for Protective Clothing Rental and Laundering Services - Multiple sites in nine (9) states (AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC and TN).
No site visit will be held. Please refer to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and shop location attachment for specification.
Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 23 September 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT.
