PROJECT TITLE: LMDT Trash Services
NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, BUT RATHER A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS TO DETERMINE POTENTIAL SOURCES FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. NO FORMAL SOLICITATION FOR THIS WORK EXISTS AT THIS TIME
The Bureau of Reclamation requires Trash Disposal Services at the Leadville Mine/Drainage Tunnel Water Treatment Plant in Leadville, Colorado. The work required under the contract is to remove domestic garbage from the Leadville Plant once per week. This requirement also includes rental of one (1) 2-yard dumpster, to be provided by contractor.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, and supervision to satisfactorily perform garbage removal services once per week. Description of Products and Services:

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Trash Disposal Services as in the Performance Work Statement.
A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included with this Sources Sought Synopsis detailing all tasks that are required at the location.
RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Business Name and Address
2. Point of Contact to include E-Mail Address and Telephone Number
3. UEI
4. NAICS code(s) applicable to this requirement
5. Business Size and Type: 8(a), HUBZone, Women-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned, Small Business, Large Businesses, etc.
All businesses are encouraged to limit responses to no more than 10 pages in length. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential small business contractors for solicitation planning purposes only. This is NOT a request for quotes and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Sources Sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
All vendors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
When it is determined that a formal solicitation will be issued, a Solicitation Notice will be posted on SAM.gov Federal Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov.
All responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be emailed to Tamaron Calloway at tcalloway@usbr.gov by 5:00 PM (EDT) on Monday, December 3, 2024. Again, Offerors shall not provide a quote in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
