Description:
The Town of Bluffton is seeking proposals from interested and qualified construction firms with expertise in demolition, salvage and new residential-scale construction for the historic Sarah Riley Hooks Cottage. The intent is to award one contract to the firm that presents the proposal considered to be of the best value to the Town. It is the Town’s desire to commence the contract in May/June 2025.
