Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute §143-64.31, Statements of Qualifications for Professional
Services Engineer will be received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Work:
Design services to ensure the City complies with all aspects of Federal and State requirements to
include, but not limited to the Public Rights‐of‐Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) and Americans
with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).
