Project Description: Bucks County Community College (BCCC), 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940, invites the submission of sealed bids for BID#2026-0402 CAT Building HVAC Lab & Building Enhancement Project. BCCC solicits bids from four (4) Prime Contractors (General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, & Plumbing Contractor) for this new project located at the CAT Building on our Lower Bucks Campus in Bristol, PA. Documents will be available free of charge at www.pennbid.net after 7:00 a.m. EST, Thursday, 4/2/26. A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, 4/9/26 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the CAT Building. Contractors who do not attend the mandatory on-site meeting will be disqualified from the bid. BCCC’s Responsible Contractor Policy (RCP) is in effect for this project, and all RCP Certification Documents must be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. EST on Friday, 4/24/26. There is no Project Labor Agreement (PLA). All contractors must thoroughly read and be familiar with all posted documents. Before submitting a bid, approved contractors shall be cognizant of all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, prevailing wage rates, and underwriter approval. Approved contractors’ bids must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, 5/14/26, via PennBid. Each bidder must deposit with their bid 10% Surety, in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations. No bids will be accepted after this time; all bids must be submitted via PennBid. BCCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities.
