Boat Racks

This is a Sources Sought announcement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and is in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest to provide the following material and services, including Freight on Board (FOB) Destination.

Remove old boat barn pallet racks and install new boat barn pallet racks:

• Teardrop uprights, 42” deep x 192” tall galvanized 14, 3” x 3” column w/ 5” x 8” seismic footplates/ Quantity: 5 / Each


• Step Beams, 144” long x 6” face – galvanized 14 ga, 1-½” step, three (3) pin connection, static cap: 6,337 lbs/ Quantity: 24 / Each


• Wire mesh decks, 42” deep x 46” wide – galvanized three (3) channel step supports, 1-1/2” waterfall / Quantity: 36/ Each

The required delivery date is 11 July 2025 and may be subject to change.

SWRMC is seeking vendors with the capability to provide the previously mentioned material/services under applicable NAICS 332999. Interested companies should submit a letter of interest including the company’s name, SAM Unique Entity ID number, business size, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of the company point of contact, along with a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work to include any lead.

The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses to this announcement are voluntary and are of no cost to the Government.
