Project Description: Yardley Borough, Bucks county has received funding through the Severe Repetitive Loss Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, in order to elevate the existing home located at 119 South Bell Avenue above the 100-year flood plain in Yardley Borough, Bucks County. The work consists of, but is not limited to: Elevate and temporarily support the existing structure, construct new foundation footings and walls where shown, backfill existing crawlspace and basement, provide lintels for foundation wall openings, disconnect, relocate, extend and reconnect existing utilities, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, install flood vents, provide access to the elevated structure, and restore all disturbed areas and landscaping.
