Description:
Provide mechanical engineering design services to include HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Utility Systems on an "as-needed' basis for renovations, repairs, maintenance, & construction during the term of the contract. Services include, but not limited to feasibility studies, cost estimating, design and record documents, submissions for permitting, bidding, & Construction Administration.
