Bidders are advised transmission of Quotations can experience delays due to file size transfer, transmission speed, etc. Therefore, the NVRC encourages Bidders to allow sufficient time to submit their Quotations and resolve any issues encountered to ensure the successful receipt of their Quotation by the NVRC’s Email System.
The NVRC’s Purchasing Representative will send a confirmation email to the Bidder advising that their Quotation was received successfully. Bidders who do not receive a confirmation email, should contact the NVRC Purchasing Representative
