Seeking qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive architectural/engineering services for the expansion/renovation of Fire Station 1 & Town Hall. Project will incorporate findings from a Space Needs Analysis completed in 2022. Renovations must be planned/executed to minimize disruption as the buildings to remain occupied during construction.
