Project Description: Bids for refuse/recycling/yard waste collection and disposal. Upper Providence Township will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for Refuse/Recycling Collection and Disposal until September 19, 2025 at 10:00 am at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on August 28, 2025, at the Township Building, 935 N. Providence Rd., Media, PA 19063.
All Bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10%.
Upper Providence Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the Township.
