The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for construction of a new three-acre neighborhood park and associated improvements, and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.

The Work more specifically includes regrading, paved trails, retaining walls, site lighting, a picnic shelter, a playground, and an adult fitness area. In addition, it includes ornamental and naturalized plantings with irrigation.

The estimated Project cost range is $1.7 - 2.2 million.
