Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) from qualified firms to provide investment monitoring and advisory services in support of the City’s oversight of its independently managed pension systems: the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System (“DPFP”) and the Employees’ Retirement Fund (“ERF”). Both DPFP and ERF are single employer, contributory defined benefit plans.
