General Notice
Charter Township of Waterford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Charter Township of Waterford Phase 3 Sidewalk Replacement (DLZ No. 2445-7728-00)
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Charter Township of Waterford Hall located at 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48329, until Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside the following,

Sealed Bid for: Charter Township of Waterford – Phase 3 Sidewalk Replacement
and shall clearly show the name of the submitter. The Project includes the following Work:
The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Removal of approximately 2,096 square yards of sidewalk, and installation of approximately 30,784 square feet of concrete sidewalk, removal and replacement of approximately 933 square yards of HMA pathway, and ADA ramps along both sides of Elizabeth Lake Rd and Pontiac Lake Rd.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of
$50 for each set. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to DLZ Michigan, Inc.
