I. The following changes are to be made to the solicitation:
1. Update the Solicitation Points of Contact:
Mr. Hudell Ballen at Hudell.Ballen@va.gov and Ryan.McMillin@va.gov

Ensure to include Mr. Ballen and Mr. McMillin on all solicitation correspondence to include Request for information (RFI) and bid submissions.

2. Provide an updated Bid Schedule which includes the Period of Performance Correction identified in Amendment 0001.

3. Remove FAR 52.211-10 COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984) from the solicitation.

4. Correct Block 11 on page 1 of the Solicitation SF1142 to reflect the Mandatory block as checked .
