REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & INSPECTION SERVICES

The Public Works Department is seeking construction management and inspection services, including necessary materials and testing services, for capital improvement projects, development and permits, as described in the next section below.

The Scope of Services is intended as a guide to illustrate the minimum project requirements. The Construction Management Team will provide professional and technical services to manage the construction and inspection for the assigned project under the supervision of the City of Dublin. The Consultant selected shall provide all other necessary equipment, vehicle(s), cell phone, tools of the trade, etc. necessary for the project team to successfully complete the project.
