The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue a solicitation for landscape Materials for Tahoma National Cemetery. The anticipated solicitation number is 36C78625Q50261.
This is NOT a solicitation. Do not submit quotes/proposals or questions in response to this document. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available on SAM.gov on or about 17 June 2025. No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting the web page frequently to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for the award. Representations and Certifications must also be updated via SAM. The requirement establishes that the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary as required to provide landscape materials in accordance with Statement of Need (SON). Materials shall be delivered to 18600 SE 240th Street. Kent, Washington 98042, Tahoma National Cemetery. All materials must adhere to the specifications defined in the SON.
The solicitation will be issued as a set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisition is 212321 – Construction Sand and Gravel Mining. The size standard for 212321 is 500 employees.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. The anticipated contract will be a base year plus four (4) option years
