Chapter 7C, Section 44, to provide professional design and construction administration services to eligible Massachusetts cities, towns, and regional school districts that will be invited to participate in the MSBAs Accelerated Repair Program for heat pump conversion projects, some of which will also include the replacement or restoration of roofing, thereby increasing energy efficiency in otherwise sound educational facilities.
