The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Public Buildings, is soliciting Qualifications from vendors to pre-qualify Filed Sub-Bid Trade Contractors for a limited early preparation phase of work related to a temporary school facility. This phase is part of a larger CM-at-Risk project, led by Lee Kennedy Company, for the construction of a new school. The early preparation work involves modifications to the 1971 wing of the existing school building to allow it to serve as a temporary school facility while the new school is being constructed on the same site.
