This notice is published IAW FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.
The U.S Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO) Area Port of San Francisco has a requirement for Firearm Facility Services. The Contractor shall provide a non-exclusive commercial firearms facility for weapons qualification and training. The services are being procured IAW the stated salient characteristics included in the Statement of Work (SOW). It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available services.
The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 713990 – (All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries) with a small business size standard of $9 Million Dollars.
It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price, contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.
It is anticipated that a Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued via the System for Award Management (SAM) as a total small business set-aside.
The solicitation documents will be issued on or about March 1, 2025.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
