The objective of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to solicit Responses from qualified Respondents to provide a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). TWC is seeking to procure a technology solution, commercially available for purchase in the marketplace as of the date of proposal submission,for a configurable CMMS System to support TWC’s Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM) programs.
TWC seeks a technology solution, preferably Software as a Service (SaaS) that will provide a first-rate user experience and will allow TWC’s FOM programs to be responsive to changing program requirements and customer needs.
