The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 7A20.This purchase was made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with:?        Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. USACE awarded a base year, with four option years for the access to ProjNet-BID for the internet-based licenses that allow the secure exchange and processing of design and construction information among authorized business partners. ProjNet provides suite tools to manage owner-related business processes including design reviews, bidder inquiry, requests for information, and construction submittal reviews.
