School Food Services

The City of Fitchburg invites sealed proposals for School Food Management Services. Proposals will be received until April 11 ^th , 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA. This is not a public opening.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional proposals. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the specifications.

An informational meeting will be held on March 17 ^th 2025 at 1:30 PM at 376 South Street Fitchburg MA 01420. Proposers shall examine all information and materials contained in and with this solicitation. Failure to do so shall be at the proposer’s risk.
