Project Description: Louisville Metro Facilities Management intends to award a contract for the Renovation and Expansion of the Louisville Metro Radio Shop for Metro Fleet Services located at 3515 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY 40218. This is a project to renovate the existing office, bathrooms, breakrooms, and an addition to the existing garage which will also include renovations to the existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
