Special Requirements:
The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (section 3). Prior to any informal contract commitment and published notice of intent to award by the City of Hot Springs, eligible contractors must provide the City of Hot Springs with a valid IRS Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Unique Entity ID number (UEI) for the physical business location responsible for managing the contract, and have an up-to-date registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database demonstrating no suspensions, debarments or other restrictions that would prevent a contract award.
