Invitation for bid
The City of Arkadelphia Housing Authority request SEALED bids from qualified firms to provide Housing development with the goods, and services required to install HVAC and upgrade electrical to 125-amp service in Eight 3br units.
Beginning June 14 , 2026 the Invitation for Bid will be available free of charge at the AHA office, located at 670 South 6th Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923, or online at https://www.housingarkadelphia.org/ All bids submitted must be received no later than July 9th 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CST). A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Tuesday June 23rd, 2026, at 9:00 am. All vendors are highly encouraged to attend.
This Invitation for Bid contains specific submission requirements, anticipated scope, as well as terms, conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a bid for this service. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the instruction and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the address of the bidder, job number, date and time of bid opening.
