The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Huntington Ingalls Corporation (HII Ingalls), 1000 Access Rd, Pascagoula, MS 39567, for the accomplishment of PSA Planning and Support Services as well as Emergent Availabilities on DDG 51 Class Destroyers (DDG 128, DDG 129, DDG 131, DDG 133, DDG 135, DDG 137, and DDG 139) built by HII Ingalls. Orders will be negotiated on a sole source basis with HII Ingalls for the PSA support, pursuant to the authority granted by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a) (1). Contemplated orders will encompass planning, engineering support, on-site engineering liaison services, craft assistance, the procurement and processing of material required for PSA execution, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and the accomplishment of emergent industrial availabilities. Individual orders placed under the BOA shall be synopsized, when required, in accordance with applicable requirements.
