Early Site Work Package for a New Elementary School

Invitation to Bidders:
FARCO, acting as the Construction Manager for the Cave City School District, will be receiving bids for an Early Site Work Package for a New Elementary School. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on July 1st, 2026, and should be delivered to FARCO Construction Office at 1530 Batesville Blvd, Batesville, AR 72501 prior to the bid time. There will be a public bid opening at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday July 1st, 2026, in the FARCO Construction, Batesville Office. Bids will be received and placed under review. The project owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities.
There will be a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday June 24th, at 10 AM. It is highly encouraged that all bidders be in attendance.

Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal is considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, or Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) for all bids exceeding $20,000.00 and made payable to the CM, FARCO Construction.
All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of the bids,
