(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(2) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S25Q0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

(3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01, Dated 12 Nov 2024.

(4) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 541380 with a $19M size standard.

(5) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.

(6) Proposal submittal and Inquiries

Questions must be sent to the email addresses listed in SAM.gov, by 5:00 PM AZ time, 20 November 2024. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation by 5:00 PM AZ time, 22 November 2024.
