Notes	Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD, District") is accepting proposals and pricing from qualified vendors to provide warehouse equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, and related service repairs and planned maintenance. The awarded vendors must be able to provide high-quality equipment, repair services, and maintenance to support the operational needs of the District’s warehouse facilities. Services included in this RFP shall include, but are not limited to, delivery and on-site installation (if required), ongoing service repair support (scheduled and on-demand), planned maintenance to ensure safety, performance, and equipment longevity. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. This request for proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may also be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs. RFP #F1085-25 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to The District. The initial term of this proposal shall be from September 2025 - September 2027. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term. Initial Anticipated Contract Term: September 2025 - September 2027 Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: September 2027 - September 2029 Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: September 2029 - September 2031
