El Dorado Irrigation District (District), an irrigation special district organized and existing under the California Irrigation District Law (Water Code § 20500, et seq.), hereby gives notice that it is now accepting proposals for each of the following services to be performed on an on-call basis over the course of the next three (3) years from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2028 as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP):
- Electrical Services – Industrial / Commercial / Communication
- Fencing Services
- Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services
- Tree Faller Services
- Crane Operator Services
- IT Product Support Services
- Plumbing Services
- Mechanical Services
- Hydraulic System Repair and Maintenance Services
- Building Maintenance Services
- Motor and Pump Repair Services
- Small Engine (Generator) Maintenance and Repair Services
Note: You are not required to submit a proposal on all categories, only those which you choose; however, a separate, complete proposal must be submitted for each category. A condensed proposal covering multiple categories will not be accepted.
