Project Description: The City of West Jordan (“City”) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the removal and replacement of shingle roofing at the following locations:
• Fire Station 52 – 7950 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84088
• Fire Station 55 – 7750 S. 6400 West, West Jordan, UT 84081
• Animal Shelter – 5982 W New Bingham Hwy, West Jordan, UT 84081
The work will include tear-off of existing roofing, replacement with new asphalt shingles meeting City specifications, and all associated underlayment, flashing, and ventilation improvements as needed.
