The City of Spokane, through its Wastewater Management Department (Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility) is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing Building Exterior Rehabilitation and Improvement Design Services for RPWRF .
