The State of Wisconsin, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) Veterans Housing and Recovery Program (VHRP), request Bids for the purchase of Transitional Housing Services in the operation of the VHRP on the campus of Southern Wisconsin Center at Union Grove, the campus of Northern Wisconsin Center at Chippewa Falls, and at a facility in Green Bay, and intends to use the results of this process to award up to three (3) Contracts, one (1) for each Site location.
WDVA does not guarantee it shall purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract amount during the term of the Contract. The State reserves the right to cancel this RFB for any reason prior to the issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award. |
