Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to demolish the existing amphitheater building, seating, and sound booth at Bicentennial Park (600 S. 800 E., Clearfield, UT). This will include capping and marking all existing utilities for the building (water, sewer, and electricity). including all materials and labor required to complete the project. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a contract award to a single vendor that furnishes materials for the demolition of said amphitheater at Bicentennial Park.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on location at Bicentennial Park (600 S. 800 E., Clearfield, UT 84015) beginning at 9:30 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
